Here at Peatmoor, we believe that history should create a curiosity and excitement about the past. Children develop the skills to be able to plan historical investigations and evaluate their findings. They learn how the people and events of the past have shaped our community and the wider world, because learning about the past and the methods used to study it helps children make sense of the world in which they live.
